Local Markets in Cambridgeshire and Surrounding Areas

22 Oct 2021

When you shop at a local market, not only is it an enjoyable community experience, but more importantly you are supporting local small businesses!

Take Manor Farm in the photo above for example. You could get your eggs from your nearest supermarket, but you won't know very much about where they came from and how fresh they are. But if you shop from your local market, you’re buying directly from the farmer, so you know that the eggs are as fresh as possible, that they’ll be free range, and in the process you’re supporting a local family business!

Especially after the struggles of the last couple of years due to the pandemic, it’s more important than ever to support our local businesses, and local produce markets are a great way to do that!

We’ve put together a list of local markets in the Cambridgeshire area that are all worth a visit, and all accessible on the Dews Coaches local bus route!
